A static version of the form also appears on the Homepage, just scroll down a little bit as it's below the horizon. We just modified this form by adding the "state" and removing the "phone" fields. Also, title case instead of all caps for field labels makes it easier to read.

- We don't send many emails. However, the ones we do send, we want for you to receive! So, I am asking you to "White-List" Americans For Fair Taxation. What does this mean?
- A "White-List" is your list of trusted senders for your ESP (email-service-provider). This can be accomplished by adding our Email-Address to your "Contacts" in your ESP. You can also create "Rules" instructing your ESP what to do when an email arrives.
