The Orange Park Fall Festival on Oct 18th and 19th was another big success this year.
We collected 39 contact names and $18 dollars in the donation jar plus handing out over 400 hundred FAIRtax palm cards and Prebate schedule cards. Everything closed an hour early on Sunday due to rain that also washed out the planned photo opportunities.
The big addition to the booth was a bar chart of the survey which shows that a solid majority of Americans favor eliminating the income tax an abolishing the IRS. The results were broken out by political affiliation, age (four age groups), and race (four groups). See attached [below] for the bar chart used. Others are welcome to copy and use it.
I am texting you one photo of Manny Salines and Jim Stehr (wearing glasses) [above]. They were very helpful in setting up and taking down the booth. Manny coordinated the booth scheduling and paid the fee. Jim led the chart creation board with the designing, getting it made and paying the bill.
Support Eliminating the Income Tax and IRS
- Would you favor replacing the current federal income/payroll tax system with a national sales tax where people keep 100% of their paycheck and only pay a tax on new goods and services they purchase?
Support will increase when it is understood that the FAIRtax Act HR 25 will not change Social Security and Medicare, but fund them from a larger tax base, provide a monthly rebate to un-tax spending for essentials, eliminate the Required Minimum Distribution, and abolish the IRS.

We thank Jim, Manny, and Paul for taking the lead to get the FAIRtax message out to the public. Retail messaging with people on the ground is the most effective way to gain support for our game-changing way to fund the federal government. Our Floridians have created the model for other FAIRtax groups around the country.
