Jade recently retired from the Denver office of a Big Four public accounting firm, serving over 13 years as an Assurance partner. After a short break, Jade pursued an opportunity as Vice President Finance, of Ur-Energy of Littleton, Colorado. Jade has 29 years of experience in financial statement audits of both domestic and non-U.S. public and private companies, including Fortune 500 companies in multiple sectors.
In 1996, Jade began his career with his firm in Tulsa Oklahoma, transferring to the firm's Global Capital Markets Group in London in 1999, where he assisted non-U.S. companies accessing the U.S. capital markets. He then repatriated to the firm’s Houston office in 2002, and then served in the Tulsa office in 2008, serving SEC registrants in the energy sector. In 2016, Jade relocated to the firm’s Denver office, to serve SEC registrants in the midstream, exploration and production, and mining segments.
Jade is involved in a variety of community activities including serving on the Oklahoma State University School of Accounting advisory board and Centerwill, Inc., an outreach organization focusing on orphans and displaced children and mothers in Kenya. Jade also previously served on the Board of Directors of both Junior Achievement- Rocky Mountain, Inc. and Junior Achievement of Tulsa, and on the Board of Directors of I Have a Dream-Houston in 2007-2008.
He is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with both BS & MS degrees in Accounting. Jade is a CPA, certified in Oklahoma, Texas, Colorado, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Oklahoma Society of CPAs, Colorado Society of CPAs, and the Texas Society of CPAs. Jade has been married to his wife Kim for 27 years and has two daughters, Sophia, and Zoe, and a son Vitalik whom they adopted in 2014 from Ukraine. Jade’s personal interests include his faith in Christ, spending time on vacation with his family, and playing tennis.

Stevie Giorno serves as the chair of Team Tennessee, a grassroots organization that seeks to elect conservative leaders across Tennessee.
He served as the Chairman of the Tennessee Young Republicans from 2023 to 2025. During his term, Tennessee elected the most Young Republican Delegates and Alternates to the 2024 Republican National Convention than any other state in the country.
In 2025, The Tennessee Young Republicans hosted the largest Young Republican National Convention, with over 1,000 attendees.
Stevie served as Student Body President at Belmont University from January 2020 to January 2021, where he was attacked by fellow students after posting on social media that he was a “Proud American” on the 4th of July in 2020. Despite public backlash, threats of violence, and needing armed security when on campus, Stevie refused to endorse the Black Lives Matter organization and stood up for his patriotic views.
After graduating from Belmont, Stevie worked for U.S. Senator Marsha Blackburn as an aide. Before this, he interned for Ambassador Bill Hagerty’s US Senate campaign in Tennessee and was an associate at Baker Group Strategies.
Willie Houston III currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Paceline Equity Partners. Prior to joining Paceline, Willie was a Partner and Chief Operating Officer/Chief Financial Officer at Satori Capital, a Texas-based multi-strategy investment fund. At Satori he was responsible for all financial, legal, technology, administrative, and investor relations functions for the firm.
Prior to this, Willie was Senior Director of Financial Operations at TPG, a leading global private investment firm with more than $200 billion of capital under management. Willie led a global team of finance professionals that supported the firm through its rapid growth and evolution from a pure private equity investor to a diverse asset manager with businesses specifically focused in areas such as credit, real estate, equity securities, and energy.
Prior to joining TPG in 2008, Willie was a member of the business advisory practice at Ernst & Young. From 2000-2006, Willie was a Manager in the corporate audit function at BNSF Railway, a Financial Analyst at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company, and a Financial Analyst at AT&T.
He serves on the board and facilities committee of Cook Children’s Health Foundation and also serves on the board of the Texas Family Initiative.
Willie received a MBA in Operations Management from the University of Texas at Arlington and a BBA in Accounting from Jackson State University. Willie is also a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, and holds a Series 27 Financial and Operations Principal designation
Jacob Buscher is the Virginia State leader for FairTax and an entrepreneur with extensive operational experience in the construction and service sectors. As the founder of a seven-figure construction firm and co-owner of a residential waste management company that doubled its revenue in the last year, Jacob brings to the Board a direct understanding of how the current tax code stifles business growth.
His practical expertise is supported by an academic background in Business and Financial Planning from Liberty University and deep engagement in economic theory. Jacob is also the creator of Cutting the Gordian Knot, a widely distributed philosophy and economics podcast where he interviews prominent scholars, demonstrating his ability to communicate complex policy effectively.
Previously, he served as an Economic Advisor to a state campaign, where he successfully reshaped the candidate’s platform, and he lobbies Congressional offices to advance the FairTax mission.
John has been an elected member of the board of directors and executive committee of Americans for Fair Taxation® (FairTax®) since 2012 and an active proponent of FairTax since 2007. He worked with FairTax founder, Leo Linbeck, to advise a presidential candidate during the 2008 election cycle.
John is a member of Satori Capital’s investment committee, a board member of Comfrt, Formulife, Hobo, Second Mile Education, and Zorch, and a former board member of California Products Corporation, FWT, Longhorn Health Solutions, Lovesac (Nasdaq: LOVE), and SunTree Snack Foods.
Prior to joining Satori in 2009, John was senior vice president at Giuliani Partners, where he advised the founder and executed private equity investments in a strategic alliance with Bear Stearns Merchant Banking (now Irving Place Capital). Prior to joining Giuliani Partners in 2003, John was a member of the mergers and acquisitions group at Credit Suisse First Boston, a member of the proprietary trading group at J.P. Morgan Chase, and a team member at Ernst & Young, where he earned his C.P.A.
John is a former judge for the McCloskey Business Plan competition at the University of Notre Dame. John received a B.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA in finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
John enjoys unique and adventurous challenges. He rode his bicycle from New York City to Montreal, earned his HAZMAT certification to remediate an anthrax-contaminated building, and survived a physical fitness course designed to simulate SEALs Hell Week.
Michael Spencer Rossin is Managing Partner at Hagan Capital Group and the Blackfields Nexus, as well as a Director of the Rossin Family Foundation. As a national board member of FairTax, he advocates for bold tax reform rooted in clarity, simplicity, and accountability.
Born in Sofia, Bulgaria and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Michael is the son of artists Ross and Ava Rossin, whose work instilled in him a deep respect for art, history, and the meaning of American identity.
A graduate of Wake Forest University with degrees in Economics and Political Science, Michael has built a career at the intersection of international business and political development. His work spans global commerce—ranging from investment and trade deals to policy reform efforts in the United States and Europe.
Michael advises a range of American and transatlantic organizations on sovereignty, energy policy, and institutional reform. In the U.S., he has organized political fundraisers, built high-level policy networks, and played an active role in fostering civic and cultural partnerships across the Atlantic.

Amanda worked as a Big Four public accounting firm Assurance director with increasing levels of responsibility from 2009 to 2025. She spent the first 10 years of her career overseeing and executing financial statement audits for both publicly traded and privately held companies, primarily in the energy sector. In 2020, Amanda transferred to the firm’s national office in New Jersey and served in the professional practices group with a focus on SEC reporting. In 2025, Amanda transitioned into industry and is now a Vice President at a publicly traded company in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Amanda graduated from Oklahoma State University and earned both a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in accounting. Amanda is a CPA licensed in Oklahoma and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Oklahoma Society of CPAs and Oklahoma State University Alumni Association. She also serves as a board member for Street School, a non-profit focusing on helping children in grades 9-12 graduate while preparing them for college, technical school or the workforce and has previously served as a board member of Junior Achievement of Tulsa. Amanda became involved with the FAIRtax movement in 2015, introduced to it by a colleague. Her passion is to not only eliminate the inefficient and cumbersome IRS, but to replace it with a simple, fair, and transparent national sales tax. Amanda has been married to her husband Ty for 17 years and has four young children.
Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Joshua is driven by a simple but powerful belief that systems work best when they’re clear, efficient, and accountable. A 2023 graduate of the Colorado School of Mines with a B.S. in Mining Engineering, Joshua combines his engineering background with a deep interest in finance, data, and organizational improvement. He currently serves as a plant optimization engineer for the largest construction aggregate producer in the United States, where he focuses on improving efficiency, teaching continuous improvement principles, and driving measurable results through data-driven decision-making. Joshua has also participated in mining finance and investment competitions centered on technical due diligence, valuation, and financial modeling — experiences that deepened his analytical approach to solving complex problems.
Joshua is an active member of the Society of Mining, Metallurgy & Exploration and volunteers for various organizations such as the Second Wind Fund Suicide Prevention and Ski-a-Thon fundraiser.
Joshua’s introduction to the FAIRtax movement in 2023 by a longtime family friend resonated with his belief in fairness, fiscal discipline, and transparency. He is passionate about simplifying the tax code, reducing government waste, and promoting policies that strengthen public trust and economic growth. Grounded, family-oriented, and optimistic, Joshua brings both analytical precision and practical leadership to the mission of building a simpler, more accountable system for all Americans.
Zac Hassman is a Project Engineer in the defense and mobility industry, where he leads projects at the intersection of innovation, technology, and strategy. Since 2018, he has progressed through engineering roles focused on concept development, systems integration, and government-funded technology initiatives. As Funded Opportunity Lead, he builds strategic partnerships and guides pursuits that advance emerging capabilities.
Zac earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration from Michigan Technological University. Though trained as an engineer, he has long held a deep interest in business and public policy, viewing each as essential to linking technological innovation with strategic growth.
Outside of work, Zac is actively involved in his community through STEM outreach, teaching and inspiring middle school students to explore engineering and innovation. He also volunteers with university programs through the Society of Automotive Engineers, mentoring and supporting collegiate Baja design teams as they apply real-world engineering principles in competition. From 2021 to 2022, he served on the organizing committee for a regional fundraiser benefiting Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin, helping raise critical funds to combat food insecurity across the region.
Zac was introduced to the FAIRtax movement in 2019 and quickly recognized its potential to bring clarity, efficiency, and integrity to the American tax system. He supports the FAIRtax not merely as a replacement for the IRS, but as a catalyst for building a more transparent, accountable, and growth-oriented economy. By shifting taxation to a simple, visible, consumption-based model, Zac believes the FairTax enhances fairness for taxpayers, reduces administrative waste, and strengthens long-term national prosperity.
Zac resides in Wisconsin with his wife, Tara, where they enjoy spending time outdoors and working on home renovation projects together as they gradually expand their interest in real estate through hands-on property improvement efforts.
Julian Walle served in the U.S. Army from 2003 to 2023, retiring as a master sergeant after completing seven combat deployments and leading global communications and IT operations. His work included the planning and execution of secure satellite systems, radio networks, cybersecurity programs, and enterprise IT infrastructure—supporting thousands of U.S. and allied personnel in high-tempo environments.
After retiring from active duty, Julian joined a Big Four public accounting firm as a Technology Operations Manager, where he leads IT operations and digital transformation initiatives across international business units. His focus is on modernizing systems, streamlining processes, and delivering technology solutions at scale.
He holds a B.S. in Computer Networks and Security from the University of Maryland Global Campus and brings over two decades of experience in technology leadership, operations, and program delivery. Julian became involved with the FAIRtax movement in 2017, introduced to it by his brother. He quickly recognized the advantages of the FAIRtax model and has since been a committed advocate for replacing the federal income tax with a more transparent, consumption-based system. As a board member, he supports the organization through technology strategy, operational alignment, and veteran engagement.

Chadwick Hagan is an investor, author, and entrepreneur. He is Managing Partner of Wessex Investments and founder of Hagan Capital Strategies.
For more than two decades, Hagan has advised on $2.5 billion in M&A transactions and private investments. His work includes managing funds with average annual returns exceeding 30%, overseeing restructurings, and investing across entertainment, real estate, natural resources, and specialty finance. He serves as a director and investor in a range of U.S. and European enterprises.
As an author, Hagan has published multiple books, and his former economics site, Chaganomics.com, was permanently archived by the U.S. Library of Congress. His commentary appears in National Review, The Spectator, Fox Business, and other national and international outlets.
He is a director of the Hagan Family Foundation, founded in the 1990s, where he focuses on fiscal policy, environmental conservation, and the arts.
A long-time advocate of tax reform, Hagan argues that the current U.S. income tax system is inequitable and economically distortive. Since his early involvement in President George W. Bush’s first campaign, he has supported replacing federal income tax with a simplified, single-rate system designed to eliminate punitive progressive taxation and protect working- and middle-class Americans.
