The House Freedom Caucus is a ready source of FAIRtax cosponsors, and you can help us recruit them. This caucus originated in 2015 during the Tea Party movement. The group is fiscally conservative, and five of its thirty-one members are already FAIRtax cosponsors.

Go to https://[CONGRESS_MEMBER'S_LAST_NAME].House.Gov, send them a message, call their office, or request a meeting in the district. Tell them you are a constituent if you communicate through the Congress Member’s website. Whether you live in the district or not, you can call their office or mail them. Ask them to cosponsor HR25, the Fair Tax Act of 2025, and tell them in your own words why you support the FAIRtax.
We met with the Legislative Director for Freedom Caucus Chair Andy Harris and asked the Legislative Director to pass the word on to Chairman Harris’ caucus. Our effort will be more effective if you help.
